Brief Answer:
Some feedback. Change in the lifestyle.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

I have gone through your reports.
Most of the reports are within normal range.

I would like to know about few things in detail.
1. Since how long are you trying to get pregnant?
2. Are your periods regular?
3. Was your condition of PCOS diagnosed on USG?
If so , what was mentioned about ovaries?
4. Are you currently taking any medical treatment for your condition?

As you might be aware that PCOS is a syndrome related to lifestyle.
I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Avoid refined sugar and bakery products and deep fried foods.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in the diet. Drink plenty of water in the day.

If you are already following this kind of lifestyle, its a great thing; please let me know.

Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.

Sorry to hear about your previous pregnancy loss.

I have gone through your feedback.
It's of great value for suggesting you best possible treatment options.

I have also gone through attached reports. There is something that I am unable to read first and fourth attachment. Print is quite unclear.
Kindly send these two reports again.

I will suggest you to continue with the thyroid treatment and other supplements,as before.
Please try following lifestyle changes as suggested in the earlier discussion.

Also, getting period after progesterone hormone tablets, suggests that there was absence of ovulation in the particular cycle.
Absence of ovulation can be one cause of getting delayed period.

Waiting for your report attachments.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Pre-natal supplements, vaccine, Six months gap.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.

I have read your reply.
As such your reports are within normal range.
Also your cycles are regular.
This can be early stage of PCOS, not even mild condition.

In my opinion, please start with 15 minutes of regular exercise regime and gradually step up to 45 minutes, over the span of 4 weeks.
Start with healthy diet regime as suggested before.

Continue with Folic acid, vitamin B 12 and multivitamins and multimineral supplements.
Get Rubella vaccine at the earliest.
I will suggest that you can plan for next pregnancy at least six months after the last episode.May be after December.
Taking pre-natal supplements reduces risk of complications during conception and pregnancy and childbirth, in most of the cases.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Take tablets as suggested below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.

As rightly said you should take Thyroid treatment early morning with a glass of lukewarm water, empty stomach and should not have anything orally for next 45 minutes.

Rest of the supplements and medications should be taken after both the meals.
Secondly, vitamin D levels will take a long time to reach above 30, that is its normal range.
So you can take both medicines containing vitamin D. Repeat levels of vitamin D after 3 months and then decide dose of oral vitamin D Tablets.

You can take proprietary multivitamins and multimineral supplements or natural organic supplements.

I hope this answer helps you.
May God bless you with a bundle of XXXXXXX
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
Thanks.
