Brief Answer:
Need further information

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your child health issue.

1. At his age, loss of appetite can be related with low immune system, having an upset stomach or perhaps any psychological problem.

PS. Does he gets recurrent common cold symptoms, and are there any digestive issues with him??

2. Probably you are overfeeding him, which could be causing vomiting, as stomach of child is small thus it might be causing stomach discomfort.

3. However, children age is such that they do have unique nutritional requirements necessary to support this rapid phase of growth and development.

PS. It is best to take an opinion of a Pediatrician for physical examination and necessary investigation (s)

Give: red rice, green gram, banana, pomegranate, garlic, ginger, raisins, black pepper, fresh curd, bitter/astringent alkali items, lemon, mint, lukewarm water.

Avoid: heavy, slimy food, fear, anger, fetid food, excess water, potato, jamun, peas, unbalanced diet or mixing of diet.

. Consume 2-3 oranges per day.
. Boil water------->add 2-3 cloves in it and half lime juice. Cool it and give it to drink.
. Soup with pinch of rock salt/black pepper.
Prepare dough mixed with flour + sour grape juice, add a pinch of rock salt------> make chapattis.
. Drakshavleha, Livomyn or Aptivate syrup can be bought.

PS. Do mention about his weight (is there associated weight loss also)

. Also at his age, one should give Ghee made from Gir Cow, since it lacks A1 protein, which is culprit in making child intestinal movement sluggish. We do have the same Gir Cow Ghee, prepare with traditional Ayurveda Method and free of A1 protein and contains A2 milk protein. If interested do let me know so that I can courier you the same.
