Question: My RNP anti-bodies is consistently 1.5 with thryoglobulin AB at 4 on an irregular basis. ANA screens are always negative as is RHEUMATOID FACTORs. I am diagnosed Fibromyalgia and have chronic pain in my neck, back , hips, right shoulder and elbow, all finger joints and currently front of both ankles. I have had an allergy screening which produced several seasonal allergies to trees and some food allergies such as egg whites and milk which is not a concern to me since I do not use either one. I have tested with low vitamin d rates and take a supplement for that, I just recently tested low Vitamin B w/ folic acid and take a supplement for that also. I am concerned that there is an underlying problem that is not being found that is progressively getting worse. I have seen several different doctors throughout my lifetime as i have been dealing with this issue since 13 - 14years of age. I have low blood pressure 110/65 approx that does not bother me, anything higher or lower will cause dizziness, lethargy, etc. I get constant migraines that have seemed to go away with the allergy tablet I have been given but have just started to reoccur. I am a Type-A personality with hyperactivity issues and do not like to be tied down due to illness. I spent 2016 and 2017 in a recliner due to chronic pain, chronic fatigue, severe migraines, lethargy, edema, severe joint pain, microbial infections, microbial infections and fungal infections. I was treated for H. pylori Ag in XXXXXXX of 2016. I took it upon myself to see a nutritionist and had my hormone levels checked and have been taking HRT injections since 2017. I have been able to get outside this summer with the help of allergy medications (hydroxyzine 25mg) and pain management medication (Tramadol 100mg twice daily & Tapentadol 50mg 1x daily at night) along with Gabapentin 400mg 3x daily. I am NSAID allergic and cannot take Ibuprofen, aspirin or any other OTC medications that I had used for years until 2017. I also just started physical therapy to assist with the pain management process. I am extremely frustrated as I have just had a great summer with the ability to be outside, lost weight and regained muscle & bone mass and I am afraid that I will once again get sick and not be able to get around. I have tracked my symptoms and they always seem to start in September and run through March. I also have anxiety issues, diagnosed OPD and SAD. I'm at my wits end....please help - what can be going on?

Brief Answer:
Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine) combination too.
Please let me know if you have ever consulted psychiatrist.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
