Question : My Right breast hasn't really grown where my left has for my age its an okay size but honestly I just feel like my right breast does not grow

It is quite unlikely for breast growth to be asymmetric. Often, it is subjective than objective. It is never an emergency. I recommend that you talk to your doctor to examine the breasts closely for any discrepancy in growth/size at the next regularly scheduled visit. There is no need to do this as an emergency. I could have requested for an image to review but realized you are a minor.
