Question : My Sister Peggy has had a problem for 7 years,been to 75 Doctors and Specialists in regards to Her condition. In the beginning it has ,in the beginning 2012, Diagnosed as Pickeritis,Periensatosis and cigarette burns from Her Husband XXXXXXX ( BS )!!! They are still together and He has been by Her side trying to find the answer NO ONE seems to have 12 years later. She has been Mentally examined by Court Order,also voluntarily evaluated at least 15 times she requested a Psychiatrist each and every time to eliminate the accusation of self mutualisation ( Masochistic Tendencies) which have ALL been ruled out. She even went to a Personal Psychiatrist to put her Mind and the Families Minds at ease about the self inflicting accusations. Below is my email and we have a multitude of PICTURE of the wounds that GROW from the inside out and EGGS have been defined by Infectious Disease Doctors from samples Peggy has remove with tweezers for the Doctors to examine. Yet it can't be stopped,defined,healed from anything they have tried to use Medicinally. IS THERE ANYBODY THAT CAN HELP???!!!

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached images. Here is my advice.
As per your history and attached images, It may highly infected wound. It should get thoroughly evaluated to prevent complications like sepsis.
For further assessment, she may require wound discharge/ pus culture sensitivity, complete hemogram, computed tomography of affected part (to know about wound severity), peripheral smear and bone marrow examination after detailed medical examination and surgeon opinion.
As per my knowledge, she may require extensive intravenous antibiotic management as per culture report. Along with that do regular cleaning and dressing. Maintain proper hygiene. You may require tab. trypsin, chymotrypsin after consultation as it helps in healing.
In case of fever or pain, she can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg every 8 hourly. Take balanced diet and keep her hydrated. Along with that, in future she may require skin grafting and flap surgery after plastic surgeon opinion.
