Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
During stress test the normal phenomenon is increase in heart rate and simultaneous increase in BP.
Persistent Fall in BP during stress test generally denotes sympathetic incompetency (means the sympathetic system in under working).
It could also be normally present if you get too fatigued during stress.
