Question : My Twins (Boy & Girl) are 21 days old and now they have a stuffy nose. I tried using the saline drops, does not help beyond an hour or less. Can i nebulize them? if Yes, then which respule should I use?

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You can feel free to nebulize your baby. Use 0.9% Normal Saline 2ml in normal condition. Use Duolin respule every 4-6 hourly in case there is wheezing.
