Question : My Wife had a pre-matured twin babies (6.5 months) on 17-Dec-2017 where Twin-1 which was not grown well died immediately after delivery (36 minutes after baby delivered). Twin-2 died after a week due to multiple anomalies. Both babies had delivered normally (forced breach).

Now wife is alright. We are planning for the baby. Need medical advice for the same.

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
As it is almost 8th month after your baby demise,so she can plan pregnancy.
She should go for preconception testing and start using folic acid tablet once daily.

Thanks for sharing your suggestion. We both had Karyotyping and other basic tests and no issues observed. what other tests needs to be done as part of preconception testing..?
