Question : My Wife is suffering from severe pain on her heals and she has acute pain when she wakes up from rest at afternoon or at Morning.

Dear sir
you are suffering from planter fascitis,i.e. inflammation in your fascia of heal,use soft silicon pad while wearing shoes, give hot fomentation twice a day,apply diclofenac gel, do stretching exercises early morning when getup from the bed,wear soft cushion shoes,take anti inflammatory as per requirement.
