Detailed Answer:
Hello, and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor'
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query. Low back pain can be due to bad posture. I would suggest you to practice sitting straight with back support and if your work involves using the laptop it should be at your eye level. Preferably sit using a table and chair which is at your eye level is adviced.
You can try and take the following medicines for pin relief:
Tab. Etoricoxib 90 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days after food,
Tab. Nusaid P 0-0-1 for 5 days after food,
Tab.Pan 40 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days half an hour before food.
Hot fomentation to the local area twice daily.
Omnigel/ Volini gel for local application.
Avoid bending, squatting or lifting heavy weights.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further if any.
Regards,
