Question: My aunt is 48 years old, in 2015 she got operated for thymoma surgery, she has no other problem please assist in knowing what is the prognosis and how should she proceed further.

Hello dear. I have seen the report. So it is a benign type lesion. Prognosis with such type of tumors is excellent and 90 percent of patients experience normal longevity of life. Chances of recurrence are low however, follow up for a period of 5 years is recommended.
