Brief Answer:
The baby is obese as per details provided

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The baby's weight is above normal weight for age of 11 months.

I need to know his feed details, immunisation status, any tests done, birth weight. He does need an evaluation by pediatrician and get tests done to rule out any causes of fluid accumulation or high blood sugar levels.

Firstly we need to confirm if its obesity or something, then we need to proceed accordingly. Until all tests are done, you can reduce/omit any sugar intake by child like juices, etc. Also switch to low fat milk. Avoid butter, ghee, sweets for sometime.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
