Brief Answer:
No regression

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
At this age usually they usually speak 5 to 6 words like mama, Dada, papa but clarity may not be there. You need to worry about regression.
As his other milestones are good, no need for concern.
Few tips to improve speech
1. Try talking to him more in close range so that he sees your lip and tongue movements, that's how they learn.
2. Avoid gadgets,TV. All are known to delay speech.
Wishing your child good health.
