                                    Brief Answer:
Needs proper treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query.
Well, if the teeth are completely black then they are already decayed and it is not possible to save tgem at home without appropriate treatment.
For those teeth that are still healthy and not decayed you can do the following:
-Avoid adding sugar to milk
- Use fluoride containing toothpaste.
-Make her gargle with water everytime she eats or drink anything.
-Give her hard foods like carrot, apple etc to eat.
-Feed sufficient water.
Thanks

Decayed teeth can be treated
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Well, if teeth are decayed, they will not turn to normal or like healthy teeth, they will wither be filled or capped depending on the condition of the teeth.
Also if you take proper precautions it is not necessary that Permanent teeth will also get decayed.
Proper brushing, less intake of sweetened foods and regular dental checkups can help in maintaining healthy teeth.
Hope this helps..
Regards.
