Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
The odimont LC which contains montelukast and levocetrizine.
Montelukast is usually not given below one year of age and levocetrizine can be given with a dose of 1.25 mg/day( equivalent of 2.5 ml of odimont LC syrup).
If given in high dose levocetrizine can cause excessive sleepiness, GI abnormality or irritability. Montelukast also can cause GI disturbances in less than 5% of cases.
I won't get overly worried if there is no further vomiting, loose stool, abdominal pain, excessive irritability or letharginess.
If you notice persistent vomiting or any of the other symptoms please consult your pediatrician for evaluation.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Wishing for your baby's good health.
Regards
