My Blood Pressure Is 134/71 What Should I Do

Nothing to worry about:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!
Regarding your question, let me explain that it is not a matter of concern, considering the fact it shows only a slightly elevated systolic blood pressure.
It is just a borderline values and nothing could be concluded by a single blood pressure measurement value. It happens to a lot of normal healthy adults to have similar BP values during the day. several factors may influence, such as physical activity, certain drinks (energic, caffeinated, etc.), inflammation, stress and anxiety, etc.
Coming to this point, I recommend checking your BP values for a couple of days to assure no persistent systolic BP values are present.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
Let me know in case of any further questions.

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
At first, I would recommend performing some blood lab tests in order to exclude possible metabolic disorders that may lead to such situation:
- complete blood count for anemia
- PCR ESR for inflammation or infection
- thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction.
If these tests result normal, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam.
If the vertigo is triggered by head movements, consulting with an ENT specialist may be necessary, in order to investigate for a possible inner ear disorder.
Hope you will find this answer!
Wishing all the best,
