WBC: 7.1 x10^3/mcl ---Normal range between (3.5 and 11.0) is this normal??
                                    Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but there is no need to worry as your WBC is within normal range, however you can follow up after one month. If an increase occurred in WBC then this could indicate an infection.. I hope you find this helpful

                                    Brief Answer:
Not a cause of concern
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, hello again.. Low MPV on its own is not significant and can be due to any inflammatory condition in your body. However, I would recommend that you get an MRI scan on the lump in order to exclude tumor formation.. I hope you find this helpful
