Question : My boyfriend, a 69 year old white male, started complaining earlier today of a swollen gland and sore throat. Now he is complaining of neck and ear pain. He states he can barely swallow. He has a slight fever and says his jaw is even starting to hurt now. He had a heart attack 3 years ago and also has a aortic stent.
additional info, his temp is low-grade, 99.1
