Question : My nexplanon birth control finish and I had sexual intercourse yesterday and my boyfriend thinks he cummed in me should I be worried ? I was reading that the birth control last a little bit more longer but I don’t know

Although there are some studies stating that Nexplanon is effective even after three years, we should not depend on it until more evidence becomes available.
So please use emergency contraceptive pill today to avoid pregnancy. Even Copper IUCD can be used for emergency contraception. It has the advantage of providing continued contraception too.
Please use condoms to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases.
