Brief Answer:
Probably viral

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I understand your concern

I would be more comfortable if you can mention her age and body weight. Also, send a picture of the rash if possible.

A sudden onset fever, rash and vomiting usually suggests a viral fever.
If she do not have any other symptoms, we need not worry much. Let her take rest, drink lot of fluids and have a soft diet. Give Acetaminophen 3-4 times a day for fever and Ondansetron for vomiting(I can give exact dosing if age and weight is available). Give small feeds more frequently to enhance retention. She will be fine in 2-3 days.

If fever is not coming down in 3 days, develops additional symptoms or she becomes very lethargic and not at all taking feeds, we can evaluate further.

I hope this answer will help
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help
Regards, Dr Aslam
