Brief Answer:
Please upload the blood reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.

I have gone through your query with diligence. Please upload the blood reports. Then it will be more helpful to understand about his problem. Slightly low counts can be due to various reasons like recent viral fever or viral illness or liver problems. So repeating the test after one month will give an actual picture. If there is still low counts then peripheral smear should be done.
Give him proper rest and nutritious food. Giving anti oxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E is good also.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
