Brief Answer:
She may need 7 units of regular insulin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

If I am correct as I understand it she took online insulin Regular 100ui/ml(10 ml vial).
She can use a dosage of 0.5 ui/kg/day divided in three doses so 21 ui daily, she can take now 7 units and continue to take another 7 units after 8 hours.

So as a conclusion she may need to take 7 units of regular insulin.

Hope I have answered the question.
