Question : My daughter is having skin infection on her right leg. It is itching as well. It is in round shape and after applying Lulican cream it dried a little and turned red.

Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It looks like fungal infection.
Application of Lulican cream will help her.
Apply the cream twice daily for at least 1 month.
You must apply the cream on the entire patch as well as 1 inch beyond the margins of the patch.
If the itch is severe you can give her syrup cetrizine 5 ml in night.
