Question: I’m laying here with my daughter she is struggling to get air in her nose, snoring. Gasping when she needs more air. I have video. She is 10. Mose drips. All day. Clear. She’s not sick. She has a tongue tie? Could that be it. Sounds like her sinuses are blocked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this doesn't seem related to tongue tie.
I think it is related to blocked nose and sinuses.
She is struggling to get air into nose and is using her mouth to breathe so it is causing snoring.
You can help her with cleaning nose with saline water, using antihistamines such cetirizine and decongestants such pseudoephedrine. If needed, steroid nasal spray maybe needed to clear the airways.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
