They think the seat belt pushed down on the belly button

I see the photo you attached. I think the belly button of the baby is in good condition. Doesn't seem too pushed inside.
I see some blood surrounding.
I can recommend you to gently clean it with alcohol,let it dry and put a sterile gauze over it.
I think you should not worry.
