After going through the details of ECG provided by you the are duration on the higher side which is suggestive of bundle branch block.

However these calculations can sometimes be miscalculated by the ECG machine so it's advisable that you should upload the image of ECG so that I can personally evaluate and then give my opinion accordingly.

So kindly upload the report of clear ECG.
