Hi,

Thanks for your query.

There can be dry eye post conjunctivitis. I would suggest you use artificial tears eye drop, 1 drop in each eye 3 to 4 times a day. Apply a cold compress over the eyes it will subside on its own in case of viral conjunctivitis.
