I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that the symptoms of eye swelling, itching and pain may be related to allergic conjunctivitis.
You may need to take antihistamines such cetirizine or loratadine tablets.
Use artificial tears to clean eyes from allergens.
Also take anti allergy eye drops such ketotifen drops. Use cold compresses on eyes.
