Question : My eyelids are red, swollen and itch.
Brief Answer:
Allergic contact dermatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached.
I think it is atopic (allergic) contact dermatitis. It is caused possibly by a substance you had contact recently that you used in your skin. Possibly a cream or mask or lotion you used in your face.
If you tried anything new you better stop using it.
Wash your face with gentle soap and water.
I think you need a prednisolone injection in order to reduce inflammation. Also you can use antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine orally.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
