Question : My eyes get extremely dry after a few hours of sleep in the night. My mouth gets dry as well. I have been using refresh tears but it does not work for more than 3 hours. During the day time I do not face the same issue. Please advise. Thanks.

You can use a gel based treatment instead

Hey thanks for your question. I would advise you to use gel based lubricants like liquigel as they are the best for dryness and they are to be used during the night as during the day the gel can cause some blurring . Since you also mentioned dry mouth I would advise you to get investigated for Sjogren syndrome which can cause both dry eyes and dry mouth and your physician will investigate you for the same .
