Question : My face around the mouth is itchy and sometimes stings. Its also very dry. Ive tried hydrating masks but it never goes away

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and viewed the image.

In this image i can see dry, scaly patches on face. This is seborrheic dermatitis. I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream (Flutivate cream), twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days.
