Brief Answer:
management of acne

I have reviewed the attached photographs.
I would recommend you to take tablet minocycline 100 mg once daily, use facecare facewash twice daily and apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples at night and apply faceguard sunscreen gel on the entire face during the day time for 6 weeks.
At night use vitamin C cream like beneria cream for glow.
You can apply gel on the pimples at night followed by beneria cream on the entire face after 1 hour.
Avoid oiling of scalp, avoid sugars and dairy products, avoid cosmetics, facials, cleansing, scrubbing and picking of these pimples.
