Detailed Answer:
Hello
After reviewing the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that it’s just the side effect of nitrofurantoin and doesn’t go with stroke scenario.
You can discuss with your doctor and take ciplox TZ for UTI instead of Nitrofurantoin.
Also if possible give some grapes juice to patient daily for a week.
Kind Regards

11 hrs after taking Vertigon/ vertistar slight head spinning starts. Then after taking Vertigon/vertistar the symptomms resolves within 1/2 hr.
Local doctor prescribed to take vertigon/ vertistar thrice daily upto tomorrow-/ Friday that will cover total 6/ 7 days of Medicine course.
Eyes blurring only occurred on the date of starting dizziness near about 17:00 hrs 5 hrs after taking Nitrofuratonin. After that day eyes blurring symptoms is not there.
Can he continue medicine vertigo/ vertistar upto Friday thrice daily?
Another thing his BP remaing 15 less on sphygmomanometer than digital. We have tried 2 digital Bp . Local doctor saying not to flood digital. Is it right?

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Yes that’s the recommended dose.
Digital bp monitors require calibration time to time and can be less accurate. If you know how to take blood pressure with manual meter than it is more reliable.
Kind Regards
