Question : My father is 57 years old and he recently recovered from Corona. He is diabetic and from 1 week he has having leg ache and feels tired.Can he take any calcium tablet, also please suggest a good multivitamin capsules. He has no other medical condition apart from diabetes.

Hi,

I am glad to know your parent recovered from COVID-19 infection. At times it is not unusual to experience body pains and weakness after a viral infection. He can take regular calcium tablets. There is no contraindication to the user of calcium supplements.

He may also take multivitamin like tab zincovit once daily for a week or two.

Drink lots of fluids. Eat healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables. However if the pains are severe, let me know in the follow up.
