                                    Brief Answer:
Such high ESR indicates chronic inflammation, TB to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor Service,
I have gone through your query and I have seen the attached report.
The report shows slightly elevated blood glucose levels, recently recovered infection and slightly higher immature red blood cells.
The ESR is elevated significantly and needs to be checked again after 15 days to 1 month as your father has recently recovered from some infection.
Infections of any kind can elevate ESR.
However, since the ESR is elevated quite significantly, we need to find out if there is on going chronic infection or inflammation like tuberculosis.
Please consult your local doctor and get your father examined properly to diagnose the issue properly.
Best wishes.
