Question : My feet are swollen and red. Mostly in the morning. They feel warm to the touch. Not sore to the touch.
Brief Answer:
Could be chronic Kidney disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Warm and red feet , early in the morning denote dependent edema . This occurs mainly in some kidney disorders like kidney malfunction.
It can also be due to cellulitis also but then it is persistent.
In your case I would recommend complete blood count , kidney function tests and ultrasound examination of whole abdomen.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
