I think the pain may be as a result of neuropathy. Different conditions may cause it like diabetes, autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism, tumours or nerve compressions.
Taking lyrica (pregabalin) you are already having or gabapentine can help you with it.
Also you can use antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen.
Taking vitamin B 1,B 6 and B 12 can help relieve neuropathy.
Also antidepressants such amitryptiline can be used for neuropathy.
