Seems to be Infected eczema, an oral antibiotic, topical steroid antibiotic cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be a case of infected eczema.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral antibiotic like tablet Cephalexin 500mg twice daily for 5 days, apply a topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream like Fusidic acid and Betamethasone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Also, take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 10mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and irritation.
Antibiotics and steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Asmeet
Fusidic acid cream & capsule amoxicillin
Detailed Answer:
In that case you can apply plain antibiotic like fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily and take capsule amoxicillin 500 mg thrice daily for 5 days.
