Does that kind of discharge tells that she is pregnant or does it tell of infection, or is it normal)
Very likely these are normal secretions as she is approaching ovulation day
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,
I carefully read your query and also checked the uploaded image.
Your girlfriend is on day 12 of her menstrual cycle, which means she is pretty close to the ovulation day (day 14 in most women). During this time the secretions may be more abundant and may be sticky or glue-like, so it is very likely this is normal.
On the other hand, if these secretions last for more than a week or 10 days very likely she is having bacterial vaginosis. This is a condition where the normal bacteria in the vagina overgrow (it is not a sexually transmitted infection, but may be triggered by sexual activity).
In this case, she can take metronidazole (ovules or oral tablets) to help with the secretions.
If you used a condom and you did not ejaculate in her, it is unlikely the secretions are due to a sexually transmitted infection, but if she develops any abdominal pain, fever or the secretions are not better with metronidazole she will need a gynecological visit.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
Regards,
