Question : My girlfriend is having abdominal pain lower right side, she said she was stressed before it happened and that she ate alot of lemon, she doesnt eat much. She is in alot of pain. She doesnt think its cramps she thinks its gastritis?

Gastritis pain is usually felt in the upper abdomen.
Pain in the right lower abdomen is most often due to appendicitis.
An ultrasound scan may be done for confirmation.
I suggest you to take her to ER for clinical examination and ultrasound scan for confirmation of the diagnosis and treatment.
