not likely...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I really don't feel the current symptoms are due to a concussion. Perhaps it is secondary to an inflammation or infection. May I know how long ago did she sustain the injury? Does she have a headache? Do you notice any other symptoms along with fever and vomiting? Did she eat anything apart from regular home food?
Awaiting your response...
Regards

The head bump occurred at 1030 yesterday morning. She felt really tired at 4:30 in the afternoon and was running a fever of 100.8. My wife gave her Tylenol and she took a short nap. She threw up at approx.6:30. She said she had a headache. We called vitaline last night and they had us call EMS to have her checked out. The paramedics thought it was a virus and to watch her. Before they left she was acting like her normal self.

No concussion...
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply....
The symptoms she had does not indicate concussion. Though it would be a good idea to monitor until the set of symptoms including headache resolve. I assume this was has been done. If she is alright now, you can safely say there is no concussion.
Hope your concern is resolved. If you need any more information, I will be here to help you.
Thank you!!
