Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I hope gone through your query and need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the blisters?
Is he having fever, cough, sore throat or any other ailments?
Has he taken any medicines prior to the eruption?
Also upload the pictures of the affected areas under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Kindly revert with the answers and pictures.

                                    Brief Answer:
Looks like bacterial infection, oral & topical antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be impetigo which is a bacterial infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexine twice daily for 5 days and apply mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
