Question : My head is paining from past 10 days. Sometimes the pain is moving to neck and upper back also.

Hi, thanks for posting the query,
Do you have any blocked nose?
It looks like sinusitis.
Have steam inhalation 2 times a day for 3 to 4 days. For pain you can take Tab. Hifenac P 1 tablet 2 times a day.

You would need a ENT specialist opinion and a course of antibiotics as the are available only on prescription kindly consult doctor in person if the symptoms aggravate.

Any issues do follow up.
