Question: Hi,
My health report indicates pre diabetes. My weight is in control and I workout for 20 mins each day for 6 days a week. What other lifestyle/ dietary changes should I make to get my HbA1C in normal range?
My report also indicates low Vitamin D, B12 and high LDL Cholestrol so any advice on that too will be helpful

Hi
Thanks.
My HbA1C levels in Apr 2019 was 5.8.
Is 6 a cause of concern? If i follow the diet (can i have wheat chapatis?) and exercise, what is the expected level in 3 months time?

Thanks XXXXXXX

Thank you. One last question - is 6% normal for my age and does it mean i have to always watch my levels with diet and exercise or will the body regulate it once i get A1C levels to normal levels (that is can i go back to a moderate lifestyle of not too strict a diet)?
