Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. You have mild sensorineural deafness at higher frequency of sound. When the hearing nerve gets weak the inner sounds get prominent and can result in tinnitus. The tinnitus and ear fullness and unilateral mild sensorineural hearing loss can also be due to Meniers disease, any cerebellar cause.Meniers disease is abnormal swelling of the vestibular apparatus and can result in unilateral tinnitus, hearing loss and ear fullness. So do a Electrocochleography to rule out Meniers disease. Do a MRI brain to see if there is any abnormality in the cerebropontine angle or in the brain which can lead to similar symptoms. For now do not pay attention to the tinnitus. It will decrease over a long period of time if you don't pay attention to the tinnitus. Avoid smoking, excessive intake of fluid, salt. Do vestibular rehabilitation exercise. Review with the report and if you have any queries.

Hii. Generally 8000 hz is high frequency sound. High frequency hearing loss
Detailed Answer:
Hii. Generally 8000 hz is high frequency sound. High frequency hearing loss generally occurs due to sensorineural deafness or weakness of the hearing nerve. It can be due to old age, ototoxic drug, sound induced trauma, viral infection. It can be the first sign of initiation of nerve weakness. I have seen high frequency hearing loss in many patients generally in old age. So it is very common in old age and other indications mentioned above. So don't worry. Give a hearing aid. Give vitamin supplement. Stay from noise. If there is any giddiness in future do a MRI brain.
