Question : My heart feels like its beating fast i tried to measure it using an app on phone, it said 83 but my chest feels like it has a lot of pressure and while taking breath in or out it hurts

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to suggest you to kindly get a proper 12 lead ecg done which is a very basic cardiac evaluation.

It will help detect any sort of rhythm abnormality if it’s going on. Preferably get it done while you are felling fast heart rate.

Also if you smoke, then you need to stop it because that also increases heart rate.
