Question: Hi My husband is a over the road truck driver. He is gone for 3 or 4 weeks at a time. When he is working he does not eat real meals like he should. When he comes home he eats full coarse meals. Then he will get really bad gas, bloating, diarrhea, and the worst smelling burps I have ever smelled. What could this be. It only happens when he is home.
