Brief Answer:
Probably side effects of Carvedilol, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I agree with your doctor that the symptoms can be related to the use of Carvedilol.
Nausea and weaknesses are common side effects of Carvedilol.
I see that he has already experienced for a long time enough the side effects of the medication.

In my opinion, this medication should be changed to an alternative one.
Carvedilol should not be stopped gradually to avoid further complications.
There are several alternatives of Carvedilol.Your doctor can help you with the right alternative based on the medical history of your husband.

Meanwhile , you should maintain under control the blood pressure through regular measurements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
