Question : My left ankle was swollen for about a week then it turned into swollen by my toes I don’t remember injuring my left ankle. I am on my feet a lot but now my toes seem to be swollen. there’s no pain at all just swollen and I am concerned

Thanks for posting your query.
Most common cause of swelling in feet without trauma in case of long standing is varicose vain. In this case swelling decreased in night and morning and reappear in evening.Do hot water fomentation,applied compression bandage , you will get relief. If possible kindly attached photo of your ankle so that I am able to guide you properly.
