Question : My lymph nodes have been swollen for about 3 days. I can barely swallow and the only way they feel better is if I drink something.

You should take Antibiotic and Anti inflammatory tablets.

Hi
As per your description,it looks like Lymphadenitis, i.e.Infection and inflammation of lymphnodes.
You should take Antibiotic and Anti inflammatory tablets.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Amoxicillin and Tablet containing Aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase to reduce inflammation.
Do not take cool drinks.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
If there is no response even after 2 weeks of treatment,you should get an FNAC(Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology)of the swelling.
